Help with ordering
Ordering is straightforward. Our ordering process consists of four clear steps. Your order will be finalised after you confirm it. Before then, you can make any changes you wish.
Select your products:
• Use the 'add to shopping cart' button to add a product.
• If you wish to order several numbers of the same item, change the number.
• Use the 'continue shopping' button to go back to the store.
• Have you changed your mind? Click on the 'garbage can' alongside the product in the shopping cart to remove a product.
• Have you finished shopping? Click on 'go to checkout'.
Enter your address:
• Using the 'order form' screen, you can enter your address or log in as an existing customer.
• We use this information to send your order. (Fields with an asterisk (*) are mandatory.)
• Have you finished entering your information? Click on 'continue'.
Select your payment method:
Confirm your order:
• This step provides you with an overview of your order information.
• Is everything correct? You can now complete your order with the 'confirm order' button.
• Do you want to change anything? Click on 'edit' and change your order.
Dispatch will begin immediately upon receipt of payment.
What happens after an order is placed?
Once we have received your order, you will receive confirmation in an email that will include all the order information. Have you not received an email? Check whether the confirmation is in the folder with junk mail or spam. If it is not, please contact us. We are available between 8.30 and 17.00 from Monday to Friday. You can pay online securely with PayPal.
Unless stated otherwise for the product in question, we dispatch items within 3 days after receipt of the order and, where appropriate, advance payment.
